Each of the conference rooms are as follows:

• Hippo Conference Room – this conference room is found overlooking the river. It is glass enclosed and on wooden stilts.  This conference rooms caters to up to 150 delegates.
• Rhino Conference Room – this particular conference room can cater to up to 350 delegates. It is a thatched venue with glass and wooden panels and has a great view of the river.
• Wise Owl Conference Room – this conference room is designed to cater to small intimate groups. It can cater to up to 15 delegates and is often used as break away room or open air discussion area.
• Warthog Conference Room – this conference room offers atmosphere and is able to cater to up to 30 delegates. It is located close to an intimate stream which is situated on the property and is also often used as a breakaway room.
