Thank you for an awesome conference that we has this weekend.

  Just a few personal thank you’s:

• Thank you to Brenda for making the booking and making sure that all our needs were met
• Thank you to Chantalle for arranging everything and making sure it all went according to plan (from the site visit to our departure)
• Thank you to Jana who assisted me with every query I had.  She really went out of her way from tying ribbons to welcome notes to wrapping gifts and many other things
• Thanks to all the housekeeping staff for assisting with the room drops – not one package was in the wrong place.  Also thanks for getting the conference venue ready, helping with the banners and moving stuff as I requested
• Thanks to all the guides who assisted with taking my stuff to the rooms (and I had a lot!)
• Thanks to Jannie and the teambuilding guys for all the fun activities.  Everyone is still talking about it today.  We all enjoyed it – they were busy packing up the ski slope when we wanted to go, so they just unpacked everything again – nice!  It was well organised and all the guides were all very friendly and professional!
• The waitresses also gave us good service.  When we came for the site visit, they even watched my baby :-) But during the conference they were always friendly and helpful.  The food was also really good
• Thanks to Petrus for the fire show – really awesome and for being such a fun guy at the activities (motivating everyone and even taking photo’s)
• BIG thanks to Petrus and Gerrie for staying up all night behind the bar!!  We have never experienced a bar that was willing to stay open for us until the next morning.  Not only did these two guys stay up the entire night, but they played music for us, they entertained us – they were great!
• Also, the DJ was awesome (although at 4:00 he said no more!!) and you can really recommend him to other people.  He played great music and put up with all our requests and demands :-)
• And finally, A BIG THANK you to Francois.  He was always around when I needed him and jumped at any request I had.  It was great knowing he was behind the scenes somewhere and I could just quickly pop him a sms.

You have a great team and you should keep up the good work.  I will spread the word and make sure the rest of our departments know how much fun we had.

Dear Francois and your entire team of helpers and assistants

I need to compliment you and your team on the fine effort which you put in to deliver, what was, in my 40 years of experience in attending conferences, one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. Our every need was catered for  --  even keeping my food warm for me after I had missed dinner on Friday night!!!  I only got to the room at 4 o’clock and got stuck into the food. I mean, so many beers only have so many calories!!!

Also, I was impressed by the venue, the state of the rooms, the food, the music, the bar service, the team building games and the friendliness of your support team. Nothing was out of place, everything was on time and you always personally made certain that we were all looked after.

One thing, I wanted to do my usual 15 lengths in the pool Saturday morning. I am still suffering from a head-ache after having hit the bottom. Please could you put some safety tape around the pool in case the electricity trip again and some-one does not see it at night.........  

Keep up the good work!!  I will certainly recommend the venue in future.
